- Modeled the entire area using CAD and designed rail and staircase system. Then worked with engineers to confirm the design met requirements.

- Created a custom long stainless steel bartop, integrated into the railings at the deck's viewpoint.
- Stainless steel bartop was finished to a brushed look with no visible fasteners or welds for a sleek, polished appearance.
- Fabricated and installed horizontal bar railings, all connected as one system from the top deck down to the casual seating area under the deck.

A set of stairs and railings for a poultry processing plant, designed to improve access on either side of a large piece of equipment. The stairs were placed at the end of each walkway, completing a loop so employees wouldn’t have to walk a long distance to access the other side. For the commission, Colonial requested that we pre-model new conveyor supports, tensioners and track supports.
- For the commission we pre-fabricated track supports for the conveyor line and installed them at the same time their new CM2A System was installed.
- Utilized CAD software to create a complete model of the entire project before fabrication.
- Fabricated stainless steel stringers, railings, and treads after outsourcing laser cutting and forming.
- Installed the complete set of stairs and railings, ensuring a perfect fit within four working days.
